 Sale, Diesel, and Kerosen (Jet Fuel) for sale, POP Upfront (Offer to Sell)
Trade Lead Description:
1. On execution of this contract,
the Buyer is provided with partial
“Proof of Product” (POP).
2. Copy of Statement of
Availability of the Product, Copy
of the refinery commitment to
produce the product;
3. After verification of Partial
POP, Buyer’s bank issues letter of
Verification of opening the
instrument or Non-operative
instrument or MT103-23 for
payment guarantee covering
monthly shipments totaling five
million Bbl of product as specified
herein. 4.On Seller’s receipt of
Non-active instrument, Seller
issues 1.5 % performance bond
provides full POP within 72-hours
of receipt of payment, and
assigns/transfers title of the first
month’s product total quantity.
5. Shipping begins according to
the lifting/shipment schedule
herein. 6. Payment via MT-103
against documents would be
paid,
