As for our procedure, it is not negotiable As for the procedure, we do have to insist on our procedure strictly, because we always finance the purchase of banks instruments from bank source (Barclays, Deutsche, HSBC)! So SWIFT MT-103/23 can not be applied because of that our primal bank (Barclays,) pays for bank instruments from our granted credit-line, only SWIFT MT-103 after SWIFT MT-760!
The procedure:
1. SWIFT MT-799 from the Seller’s bank to verify the existence and reality of the offered bank instrument
2. SWIFT MT-799 from the Buyer’s bank to verify the fund to purchase of the offered bank instrument.
3. SWIFT MT-760 from the Seller to the Buyer
4. After receiving SWIFT MT-760 our bank pays for bank instrument by SWIFT MT-103 in 8 banking hrs.
