The following solar system is certified according to EN-12976 standard, concerning the efficiency and pressure resistance (please check the attached test reports).

BOILER GLASS-DUAL 150
Capacity: 131Lt. Jacket heat exchanger: 9 Lt. - Ø = 52 cm. Length,. 128 cm.
Weight empty = Kg.67
• Main tank: Steel with low content of carbon thickness 2,5 mm.
• Internal treatment of main tank: Dual enameling at 860°C according to DIN 4753 Part 3.
• External treatment of main tank: Anticorrosion treatment at 860°C.
• Maximum working pressure: 10 bar.
• Factory testing pressure:15 Bar.
• Maximum working temperature 99°C.
• Jacket heat exchanger: Steel with low content of carbon thickness 1.5 mm with special formation to resist in temperature changes.
• Inlet and exit of jacket heat exchanger: Brass tubes Ø ¾” M.
• Inlet of cold city water and exit of consumption hot water: Brass tubes Ø ½
