Trade Lead Description:
Please find the LOI for UREA granular with 150,000mt x 12 at USD220.00 CIF Central American Port.
Target prices: USD220.00/mt including commission $25.00 and split as follows:
USD12.50 for seller side
USD12.50 for buyer side:
1) Buyer issues the Letter of Intent / ICPO with full banking information and with authorization
for Seller’s Soft Probe; the Seller issues the FCO.
2) The Seller and Buyer agree on the Draft Contract inclusive of non-performance criteria,
RDLC DRAFT and the required documents (Uplift Contract, Refining Contract, Transshipment
Advise or Contract, Storage Contract, Port Advise, Deal Passport Detail, Export Permit,
LAYCAN Confirmation &/or Terminal Confirmation).
3) Buyer and Seller sign the final Draft Contract.
4) Soft Probe: Seller’s Bank verifies through Buyer’s Bank the Buyer’s capability to engage in
the Contract to buy and pay for the said Contract product quantity.
5) Upon successful performance of Soft Probe by Seller’s Bank and/or Seller:
