MTNs "Buy-Sell" Program:
This Private Placement is intended for qualified clients who want to participate in a structured, fully managed, MTNs’ "Buy-Sell" Trading Opportunity.
*Clients do not need to transfer their funds from their bank account
*Clients' funds are never touched (the client’s funds are simply verified only)
*Targeted % yield per tranche net to clients is maximum allowed by authorities
*The Provider’s bank for this program is a Major Western European Bank
Keep in mind the following:
1) Recommended capital entry: $100 (minimum) – $500 Million USD (or Euro equivalent) cash funds or bank credit line.
2) The Provider prefers to enter into maximum $50 Billion MTN Contracts (with rolls and extensions).
3) Clients are encouraged (although not mandatory) to utilize their proceeds or a portion thereof, to fund viable and sustainable commercial and humanitarian projects.
4) Procedures are simple/straightforward (no surprises, no smoke/mirrors); complete package for this program is available for review.
