Trade Lead Description: We are working directly with a company that is looking to buy-out annual D2 contracts that are currently delivering. Typically, these are contracts that have failed or an owner would like to sell for profit. We will accept contracts that have 3-12 months remaining in the contract. The buyer is also interested in purchasing allocations from anyone who has closed on the purchase. The bottom line is contracts or allocations that are already owned. Additionally, if you have any buyers capable of buying a D2 contract from Gazprom the group would buy that contract out before the first shipment even occurred. The best contract for our group is a contract that is already ready to deliver; meaning the payment instrument (RDLC) is in place and we can replace it with our instrument assign the contract and close via MT-103. We will proof funds via bank to bank BCL or MT-799. The contract will be monetized so the seller will receive thetheir spread on the contract Via MT-103 for all 12 months or the amount of the months left on the contract when we close.
