ORIGIN: RUSSIA / UKRAINE / CIS - SELLER’S OPTION
Terms of Payment:
Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Transferable, Auto Revolving (each month) Documentary L/C (ARDLC) assured with full banking responsibility payable in US Dollars, 100% at sight against receipt of all shipping documents.
Packing: 50 Kg bag
Delivery time: 30-45 days after receiving buyer's payment instrument.
Procedures :-
a) LOI, BCL or ICPO with full bank data with soft probe authorization from Buyer
b) Draft contract from Seller
c) Both party negotiate, agree and signed each other
d) Definate final hard contract exchanged by both parties
e) Buyer open non operative LC (payment instrument) to seller's bank
f) 2% Performance Bond from Seller's bank to Buyer’s bank, PB will activate non operative LC. POP will be send bank to bank once LC is operative.
