The Company has an handicraft laboratory, in the green Umbria; it is based on the production and selling through wholesale sales, retail sales and trademarks of Dressings, Pate, Sauces, Sweet Creams, Cakes, Confectionery, making our strength point of tradition and quality. Came used the best ingredients, the more fresh ones. All products do not contain preservatives and colorants. The work follow antique and natural methods and recipes and that is the reason why these products have the flavour of the Italian tradition, simple and authentic.
The most famous Sauce is without any doubt the TRUFFLE SAUCE, which manages to maintain intact its original flavour, being produced with fresh raw materials and an antique methodology of production. Right after we find other Sauces and Pate, some of them already known, other of new invention such as the FRANCISCAN SAUCE (green olives, black olives and summer truffle), ETRUSCAN SAUCE (artichokes, black olives, species), etc. Now production has been enriched by the production and selling of SAUCES ready to be used, products using the best peeled tomatoes united to artichokes and black olives; with slices of Boletus; with Nuts; with Mushrooms and Summer Truffle; etc.
Another creation are the CREAMS OF CAROTS AND FRUIT, unique on the market, natural and tasty, they do not contain additional pectin and artificial aromas. The line is made of five different tastes: Cream of carrots, Cream of Carrots and Fruits of the Wood, Cream of Carrots and Strawberries, Cream of Carrots and Grapefruit, Cream of Carrots and Orange. Sweet and fragrant, it is a product rich of fibres, provitamin A and vitamin E.
Last creations are the DELIGHTS FOR CHEESES and THE DELIGHTS OF FRUIT, natural products, the first ones are exquisite marmalades to taste with cheeses, on bread or, such as in the case of the DELIGHT OF ONION also to use as dressing for second dishes. While the DELIGHTS OF FRUIT are true marmalades produced in a natural way without the addition of artificial pectin or other additives.
The products are packaged in glass containers and have a duration of 24 months.
