Contracts can range anywhere from 10M to 500B.
We also have access to Buy/Sell programs with exit buyers in place. The Buyer is placed in direct contact with the Bank (TOP 25 WEB).
We are also involved in the Buying & Selling of REO's (Real Estate Owned), Performing & Non-Perfroming Notes, & Builder Closeouts.
